So much changes from summer to fall. Especially this year. Kids go back to school and it looks very different, or they don’t go back to school and it looks very different. The weather changes, there is less daylight. We are naturally wired to start craving sweeter things and be less active in preparation for the harsh winters. Luckily in this modern era, we don’t have to worry about surviving the winter. We can override our genetic programming and be less affected by that which is beyond our control, by developing and strengthening good habits.
