Mom of 2, traveling nurse, wife to SP Coach Sebastian Paz, and budding RV Adventurer, Kelsey Paz joins me this week to share her story. She opens up her heart and share honestly about her experience with her first baby being born in the winter, husband being away starting at 2 months old, and feeling the heavy mixture of seasonal and postpartum depression. She talks openly about the pitfalls of social media and comparing other people’s highlight reels to her own seemingly messy life and how she had to learn to be honest, receive help, and listen to her own intuition. So grateful for this mama’s vulnerability and authenticity on this week’s episode!
