This week on the podcast we’re joined by, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and Women's Health Physical Therapy Assistant, Nicole Goss. She talks about navigating fitness during her first pregnancy and learning that she had pelvic organ prolapse almost immediately after the birth of her son. She shares about how adaptable and resilient our bodies can be with the right tools, resources, and strategies and how she’s found hope and a new kind of athleticism as she navigates her 2nd pregnancy.
