It’s a crazy time right now. And a lot of us are acting strangely. We are being told not to panic and to stay calm. Okay great, so how should we go about doing that? The answer is actually pretty simple. Compassion. Search for opportunities to feel and demonstrate compassion and we will all emerge from this thing better and more human.
