Well, safe to say that 2020 didn’t exactly turn out like we thought it would. This may affect our attitude as we go into the new year. Most of us know WHAT we need to do in order to get healthier and more fit. It’s the HOW that often trips us up. Especially how to deal with the loss of motivation, how to sustain the momentum that a lot of us create in the early part of the year. To get to the root of all this, we go beyond the physical, to mental and emotional fitness.
