In this new series, Miranda will highlight one of Street Parking’s 40+ Extra Programs. Episode will cover WHO this program is for, WHAT it is, WHY we created it, and HOW to use it and add it in to the daily programming. She will also answer questions from the Street Parking Members Facebook group.

In this episode we talk “Suns Out Guns Out” more commonly known as "SOGO".  These workouts are best added in as more of a "finisher" after the main workout that day. They can also be done on their own or can easily be added to many of the Power, Oly, or Butts and Guts workout - to make a session all its own! When choosing other workouts to pair these sessions with - it is best to choose workouts that are not already heavy on upper body pulling or pressing. Avoid adding these sessions to workouts with high rep (70 reps or more) pull ups, push ups, shoulder to overhead, or burpees
